The FlexiFit Training Program
The FlexiFit Training Program is a home & office results-based personal training program based out
of Camberwell, Victoria that incorporates functional movements, kickboxing and boxing training in order to
effectively achieve strength and fat loss goals.
With years of experience in dealing with a market that has time against its side, Matt has
specifically designed the program with convenience in mind. Therefore, we will happily come
to you whether it being your home, office or a nearby park. Our routines offer a unique,
fun and innovative style to working out.
Alison’s 14 Week Transformation
Alison had come to me for training after moving from Scotland for a work holiday back in January 2015. In the initial meeting she had straight up told me that she dreaded working out but was eager to lose weight to fit into a dress along with being able to skydive.
From that moment I could read the determination in her voice to reach those goals. Alison showed incredible drive over the next 14 weeks, applying the exercises and nutrition advice from our Personal Training sessions to her own routines outside of our training. From being unable to complete a single push-up, she now knock outs anything that I throw at her, from strength to plyometrics, from kickboxing to high intensity kettlebell routines.
Prior to going back home to Scotland, Alison came into the gym wearing T-shirts that hadn't fitted her for years. She has also fulfilled her ambition of jumping out of a plane up in Cairns. It was a pleasure training you Alison. What an Inspiration!*
Matt’s 12 Week Transformation
Let's face it, nobody is perfect. I for one, have clearly shown (in the 'before' shot) that it doesn't take much to veer off the rails and onto a path to destruction. Let's just say that around the time that first photo was taken (22.12.15 to be exact) I was far from happy, I was going through a rough patch with finances along with a few other obstacles, my confidence was at an all-time low and I used food as a comfort mechanism rather than an energy source.
I needed to build my confidence back up. I kept going over the words, the exact ones I tell every one of my clients from their initial session, ‘fix yourself to a goal, train hard and enjoy the journey’ and ‘keep telling yourself why you’re doing this’. And that’s exactly what I did. I used the exercises and nutrition knowledge I learned and swore by over the years and put it all into work. I have seen it in my client’s process and now my own. 4 to 5 days a week training, sessions not lasting more than 30-45 minutes each day. I was now on a road to SUCCESS.*
