What is the program?

FlexiFit Boxing is a home & office results-based personal training program designed by Tough Body Tough Mind that incorporates functional movements, kickboxing and boxing training in order to effectively achieve strength and fat loss goals.

With years of experience in dealing with a market that has time against its side, Matt has specifically designed this program with convenience in mind. Therefore, we will happily come to you whether it being your home, office or a nearby park. Our routines offer a unique, fun and innovative “FIGHT” style to working out.

Who is it designed for?

FlexiFit Boxing is targeted towards those men and women who are having trouble finding the time and commitment in making themselves physically and mentally healthier. Whether this being businessmen, businesswomen or full-time stay-at-home parents, we have it all covered.

Our services are designed to cater all fitness levels. These range from introductory stage – never strapped on boxing gloves before or haven’t participated in any form of physical activity, right through to advanced stage – regular partaker in boxing with a high level of fitness.

How will it benefit me?

Boxing – the art of boxing supplies us with many benefits. It delivers a higher energy and calorie expenditure than most forms of exercising and entitles a full body workout.

The local suburbs that we cover are Camberwell, Hawthorn, Box Hill, Burwood, Kew, Surrey Hills, Balwyn, Deepdene, Mont Albert, Canterbury, Glen Iris, Ashburton and neighbouring areas.

We also do cover a number of areas outside of these suburbs. These will be determined by any availability in the schedule.
